Alert: CIE 3.5 Exchange Certificate Renewal

In April, 2012 certificates in the CIE environment used for OWA, Lync and RMS expired. Due to the nature of the CIE environment, using a standard certificate renewal process will only temporarily renew the certificate. Below are the steps you can take to resolve the issue in your CIE platform and ensure it will not be an issue in the future.
